Our product development covers all the necessary measures, from the idea to series maturity. After concepts are defined, quality, costs and a timeframe are defined. Calculations and simulations are carried out based on models and prototypes. These results form the basis for serial production. Thus, our development is an important interface in the communication between design, production and the customer.

B&S applies project management across all phases of classic project planning. The corresponding milestones are defined at an early stage during development assignments, enabling the relevant project phases to be handled effectively and efficiently. Close cooperation with the customer not just during development, but also later in serial production guarantees the success of the projects.
