Quality & Certification

In order to test every mold and every assembly to the best possible standard, Bernhardt & Schulte develops devices and software for pending tests both in-house and, of course, in close cooperation with clients.

As requested, technical and visual tests are carried out as random checks or using 100% testing. Special workstations have been set up for this purpose on which the electrical functions can be tested.

Quality assurance in plastics processing

In order to meet the growing demands in the quality of plastic molded parts and other assemblies, quality assurance is an integral part of Bernhardt & Schulte.

Due to our various testing systems we are able to detect defects, analyze their cause and prevent them by appropriate corrective measures.

For component testing, we use coordinate measuring machines, profile projectors, length measuring devices, compressive and tensile force measurements and torque measurements, among others. We also work with in-process inspections, BABTEC-CAQ system, EmpB’s according to VDA, IMDS and quality tools.
