Every year, young people graduate as

• Tool mechanic, mould making specialisation
• Cutting machine operator
• Process mechanic for plastic and rubber, moulded parts specialisation
• Industrial clerk

These can then develop into highly qualified specialists. Over time, a motivated team with technical know-how and a strong spirit of innovation has emerged.
